Semi-Senior Back-end Engineer – Python, E-learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Build & Scale: Create and implement robust, production-quality microservices that drive new GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) functionalities.

• Architect Infrastructure: Ensure that the backend efficiently supports high-throughput AI workloads in a smooth and secure manner.

• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner closely with product and data science teams to transform ambitious AI concepts into user-friendly SaaS features.

• Maintain Excellence: Keep the codebase clean, efficient, and well-documented while also monitoring and supporting the services you develop.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python.

• GenAI & LLM: Practical experience in integrating, fine-tuning, or orchestrating Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, or open-source models).

• Cloud Native (AWS): In-depth knowledge of the AWS ecosystem (EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, etc.) for deploying and scaling applications.

• Proficiency with Git.
