This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with our in-house PPC team to strategize, implement, and enhance paid search campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and more.
• Take responsibility for channel performance, meeting targets and articulating any discrepancies to leadership and stakeholders through management commentary or other necessary forums.
• Formulate and execute best-practice PPC strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and display network strategies.
• Define both short-term and long-term strategies and execute them, offering recommendations for campaign enhancement and audience expansion.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in identifying the most effective tactics and approaches to fulfill commercial priorities.
• Develop and manage a testing roadmap for your categories, ensuring successful experiments are rapidly scaled and communicated to the broader team.
• Utilize data-driven insights to uncover opportunities, make informed suggestions, and enhance campaign performance.
• Generate creative ideas to challenge and redefine existing best practices.
• Remain current with search engine updates and trends in the PPC industry.
• Establish strong collaborative relationships with teams across Business Development, Product, Data, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance to foster growth and enhance owned categories.
• Effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders to align on objectives and ensure the successful achievement of performance goals.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in PPC/SEM, specifically with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads, including smart bidding techniques.
• Experience managing large-scale PPC accounts.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Background in website analysis utilizing analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
• Familiarity with external competitive research tools such as SEMrush, Adthena, or similar.
• Highly driven with a demonstrated history of exceeding expectations.
• Passionate about search marketing, eager to develop PPC and people management skills while advancing professionally.
• Enjoys working in a cooperative team environment and supporting the business in achieving its objectives.
• Proficient in Excel.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
