Security Technik Administrator – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Execute intricate administrative and operational tasks related to security processes.

• Conduct measurements and assessments in designated areas pertaining to security and data protection.

• Engage in defining and executing tests as part of security management and evaluations within the task area.

• Plan and acquire technical equipment, such as measuring instruments and testing tools.

• Operate selected reference systems for security solutions and specific security management tools, which includes application management and technical support within the task domain.

• Offer technical assistance for security management systems.

• Conduct commercial evaluations of security measures and serve as a liaison for Group units during the implementation phase.

• Assist employees with security-related inquiries.

• Analyze and prepare data and information concerning security matters.

• Participate in various projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ICT Technical Infrastructure Operations.

• Relevant vendor-specific certifications are required.

• CCNA or a higher-level certification is preferred.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Strong understanding of networking principles.

• Good overview of both hardware and software systems.

• Familiarity with ITIL V4 Foundation at an intermediate level is necessary.

• Upper intermediate (B2) proficiency in English, with German language skills being a plus.

• Must have a clear criminal record.

• General knowledge at the CCNA level or above, including:

• Routing and switching fundamentals.

• IPsec and SSL VPNs.

• Proxy and reverse proxy services.

• Firewalls and next-generation firewalls.
