This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage Lumin's security framework.

• Create and sustain agentic AI workflows.

• Establish and oversee security telemetry, log analytics, and observability infrastructure.

• Design and execute deployment workflows utilizing GitOps methodologies.

• Write and maintain high-quality Python applications and tools for production.

• Secure and manage Kubernetes workloads within EKS.

• Design and maintain secure infrastructure patterns for cross-account and multi-region setups.

• Participate in an on-call rotation for security infrastructure services.

• Provide engineering assistance during security incidents.

• Support internal security audits and compliance frameworks.

• Collaborate with fellow Security Engineers, Risk teams, and core Site Reliability Engineering.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated engineering experience.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, reliability engineering, DevSecOps, or a closely related technical discipline.

• At least 1 year of production experience with a minimum of 2 agentic coding tools, such as Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor, Codex, AMP, or OpenCode.

• Proven experience in building and deploying production code in Python or a similarly capable language, utilizing infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.

• Demonstrated success in operating cloud-native infrastructure in production, with extensive knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, multi-account/multi-region patterns, and CI/CD pipeline integration.

• Preferred experience with security telemetry platforms (OpenSearch or equivalent), GitOps deployment patterns (ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, Kustomize, or similar), or reliability engineering practices in a security or compliance-sensitive environment.
