Security Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of relationships with the organization, clients, and vendors as directed by the Director of Security Operations.

• Act as the main contact person to supervise Concentric’s array of physical security services for all assigned client portfolios (15-20 regular clients, plus additional clients as needed).

• Evaluate the security implications and requirements of client requests, providing suitable security solutions based on established client preferences, engagement history, and the security landscape of each assignment.

• Collaborate with Concentric’s internal teams to guarantee that all client needs are fulfilled.

• Work with internal teams to formulate Concentric’s comprehensive strategy for each client.

• Gather client feedback directly and implement adjustments to Concentric client portfolios accordingly.

• Function as the primary contact for both routine and occasional tasks initiated by assigned clients (generally, 5-10 tasks per week).

• Be accountable for vendor interactions, managing pre-employment screenings, handling onboarding paperwork, and nurturing long-term vendor relationships.

• A bachelor's degree in security, project management, business administration, or similar fields.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-oriented work environment.

• Must possess the legal right to work in the country where this position is based without requiring visa sponsorship.
