Security Incident Response Specialist, Fluent Ukrainian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Ensure a complete cycle of investigation and coordination of actions in response to security breaches or workflow disruptions.

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders during Data Breach incidents.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis of incidents, develop preventive measures, and prepare reports for top management.

• Analyze client operational processes in light of incidents to identify potential threats and formulate recommendations for proactive security enhancements.

• Assess the security of vendors, software platforms, and third-party services.

• Conduct audits of new hiring locations to ensure compliance with data protection standards and implementation of security tools.

• Prepare documentation and incident management procedures, while maintaining an internal knowledge base.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in investigating and handling information security incidents.

• Experience in preparing documentation and developing incident management procedures.

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make quick decisions to minimize the impact of incidents.

• High level of self-organization and task prioritization.

• Understanding of personal data protection principles and regulations regarding breach notifications.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
