Cyber Operations Management System Demonstration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Developing a mock-up environment within the NATO Software Factory to simulate the functionalities present in the operational version of COMS as it stands today.

• Gathering requirements and showcasing the functionalities of current capabilities to industry stakeholders through demonstrations on the mock-up environment.

• Identifying and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements of the current COMS capabilities in a NATO AQAP-compliant format.

• Producing a recorded video that provides an overview of COMS as it exists today, while also reviewing the various requirements outlined in D2.

• Conducting a live demonstration of the COMS mock-up environment during an industry engagement day organized by NCIA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge (5+ years) in administering Atlassian JIRA Datacenter.

• Extensive knowledge (5+ years) in administering Atlassian Confluence Datacenter.

• Previous experience working with the NCIA COMS Environment.

• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and customization purposes.

• Proficient in deploying solutions within Microsoft Azure environments.

• Strong knowledge of Java, Groovy, and ScriptRunner.

• Solid experience in dynamic content management and integration between Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.

• Solid experience in managing metadata across Atlassian Confluence, Office and PDF documents, and Microsoft SharePoint.

• Comprehensive understanding of the internal functioning of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence instances, including at the database level.

• Experience in managing Linux servers, preferably RedHat.

• NATO SECRET security clearance is required for the project manager; NATO RESTRICTED authorization is necessary for all other contractor personnel.
