IT Security Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in upholding and enforcing PCI-DSS compliance within client environments.

• Aid in the development and documentation of security templates, policies, SOPs, and audit artifacts.

• Support the creation of standardized security forms, checklists, and processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams (L2/L3, Engineering) to ensure alignment with compliance standards.

• Help prepare for audits and gather the necessary documentation and evidence.

• Monitor and track tasks, requests, and remediation efforts related to security.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of security protocols and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient understanding of PCI-DSS standards and compliance requirements.

• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, ideally supporting hospitality clients.

• Familiarity with endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike) and M365 / Entra environments.

• Strong skills in documentation and process development.

• Capability to convert technical requirements into clear, actionable procedures.

• Basic knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, and identity/security controls.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
