
Security Engineer Intern, Application Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Validate incoming security findings from the wider research community utilizing code analysis tools or other industry-standard penetration testing tools, such as Burp Suite.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address valid findings within our codebase (product). Engage with security researchers and assist with public disclosures.
• Develop or enhance automated workflows and tools, utilizing LLMs for vulnerability triage, validation, and remediation in languages such as Rust, Golang, Python, etc.
• Confidence: A readiness to embrace new challenges and see them through to completion.

• Bonus points for: General software development experience, with additional points for expertise in Rust and Golang.
• Previous involvement in Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Management, or Pentesting programs within a Software Development or Software Security organization.
