Security Engineer – Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement robust guardrails for our multi-cloud infrastructure spanning AWS and GCP.

• Strengthen CI/CD pipelines and platform workflows to enhance the security posture of our software supply chain.

• Advocate for and practice an everything-as-code methodology across infrastructure, configuration, and policy.

• Automate repetitive security and compliance tasks, enabling teams to adhere to frameworks without added friction.

• Assess and review findings from cloud and infrastructure security tools, including CNAPP and CSPM platforms.

• Collaborate with engineers to prioritize risks, address findings, and enhance controls over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in infrastructure security, cloud security, platform security, or a comparable role.

• Practical experience in public cloud security, preferably with AWS and/or GCP.

• Strong proficiency in CI/CD security with tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.

• A solid automation and infrastructure-as-code mindset, including experience with Terraform, policy-as-code, or configuration-as-code.

• Knowledge of contemporary cloud security tools, including CNAPP and CSPM platforms.

• Ability to communicate clearly with engineering teams and a pragmatic approach to risk mitigation.
