Security Engineer – Incident Response

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Act as the Incident Commander for security cases related to SIRN.

• Oversee incident triage activities.

• Collaborate with internal AR teams and external stakeholders within the Solana ecosystem.

• Create, refine, and triage telemetry signals.

• Recognize deficiencies in current detection capabilities.

• Write, update, and continually enhance incident runbooks.

• Offer operational and logistical assistance to the SIRN project team.

• Escalate issues to AR Engineering and Consulting leaders when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security engineering or incident response.

• Proficiency in Web3 security, blockchain incident response, or protocol-level threat analysis.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously in a completely remote environment.

• Experience in Web2 security operations.

• Knowledge of DeFi attack patterns, smart contract vulnerabilities, or on-chain forensic analysis.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline is preferred.
