Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Safeguarding IT systems, networks, and applications

• Creating, implementing, and assessing security solutions

• Directing responses to security incidents and breaches

• Assessing and managing security tools and technologies

• Delivering security training and awareness initiatives for employees

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an IT Security Engineer or in a comparable role

• Expertise in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell

• Possession of certifications in security-related areas (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH)

• Comprehension of cloud networking principles

• Acquainted with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible

• Extensive knowledge of one or more cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
