Security Engineer – Apps and Cloud Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of application and cloud security controls.

• Oversee CSPM, CIEM, and DevSecOps integrations.

• Manage CSPM, CIEM, CWPP, and AppSec platforms.

• Create secure cloud architecture designs.

• Spearhead threat modeling initiatives.

• Execute security-as-code and DevSecOps controls.

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.

• Assist with compliance mapping, cloud risk assessments, and multi-cloud governance projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in cloud or application security.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with cloud-native security services.

• Experience with CI/CD security tooling.

• A security-as-code mindset is essential.

• **Certifications**

• - Mandatory: AWS or GCP Security Specialty.

• - Desired: CSA CCSK.

• **Language**

• - English B2 proficiency is required.
