This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute thorough low-level code security evaluations across various applications.
• Create and deploy tailored security tools for automated vulnerability identification.
• Conduct comprehensive architecture assessments and threat modeling for software systems and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate directly with top-tier teams to assess their application infrastructure and architecture.
• Aid in the evolution of application security by developing innovative methodologies and tools.
• Experience in application security assessments.
• Proficiency in manual code reviews.
• Knowledge of static and dynamic analysis.
• Skills in binary analysis and reverse engineering.
• Understanding of memory corruption vulnerabilities and their mitigations.
• Familiarity with system internals and security boundaries.
• Experience in architecture reviews and threat modeling.
• Background in security tool development.
• Competence in multiple programming languages.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively to technical stakeholders.
• Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Android, iOS, or macOS system internals.
• Experience in contributing to open-source security tools, libraries, or research.
• Publication of original vulnerability research, CVEs, or technical documents.
• Experience presenting at security conferences (e.g., DEF CON, Black Hat, BSides, OffensiveCon, RECon, etc.).
• Knowledge of identifying security misconfigurations in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience working on government-funded security research (e.g., DARPA, IARPA, ONR, etc.).
