This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Serve as the Security Partner for the US Northeast, supporting both the Account Management and Business Development teams.
• Acquire significant new clients while enhancing existing partnerships.
• Advance Workforce Resilience programs and security consulting offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers.
• Function as the subject matter expert during intricate new business pursuits.
• Contribute insights for the design of Security Consulting and Managed Services solutions.
• Foster and drive growth in Consulting & Solutions.
• Work together on solution design initiatives.
• Engage actively in the development and implementation of the distribution strategy.
• Represent the interests of US Northeast clients while providing valuable local market insights.
• In-depth knowledge of field and/or corporate security.
• Familiarity with planning, developing, and delivering security consulting solutions; experience in business development is a plus.
• Experience in risk and crisis management; relevant certification is an advantage.
• Strong demonstrable understanding of security and risk mitigation principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient report writing abilities.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Effective influencing and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Skillful in relationship building.
• Experience in high or extreme risk environments is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in security, politics, international relations, law enforcement, criminal science, disaster management, or a related field.
• Proficient in English with advanced writing skills.
