This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As a member of our consulting team, you provide guidance to organizations on the effective application of their IT security strategies using Microsoft technologies — translating theory into practice.
• You engage from the initial analysis of requirements all the way to live operational support.
• You are more than just a consultant; you integrate into the projects you assist, delivering tangible, measurable outcomes.
• You assess both business and technical requirements, collaborating with clients to devise their IT security strategies — encompassing design through to implementation.
• You manage projects comprehensively: from requirements gathering to implementation and documentation.
• You work autonomously and possess genuine opportunities to influence solutions.
• You facilitate workshops for requirements analysis and offer architecture and strategy consulting — serving as the main point of contact for clients and sales teams.
• You enhance managed services and workshop formats — both internally and externally — while actively sharing your expertise, which may include opportunities for public speaking.
• You monitor trends within the security landscape and contribute innovative ideas for the strategic advancement of our consulting practice.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in cybersecurity — both IT and OT are welcomed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel, Entra Suite, Security for A.I., or Microsoft Defender.
• Certifications such as SC-300, AZ-500, or SC-500 are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to engage professionally with individuals without a cybersecurity background.
• A structured, solution-oriented approach to work and a readiness to confront problems directly rather than sidestep them.
• A passion for emerging technologies and a dedication to lifelong learning.
• Proficiency in both German and English, in spoken and written forms.
• Residence in Germany; a willingness to travel is essential.
• Trust-based vacation — you determine, beyond the statutory minimum, the amount of time off you require.
• 100% remote work — including up to 182 days per year from locations within the EU; office accommodations in Düsseldorf and Vienna are available for work and overnight stays.
• Health and prevention benefits: mental health program “OpenUp Family” (for you and 3 additional individuals), company health insurance with dental coverage and cancer screenings, as well as a company pension plan with a 25% employer contribution (increasing after 3 and 5 years).
• Monthly perks: €50 internet allowance, €44 tax-free benefit (Edenred) or EGYM Wellpass, €20 Lieferando credit.
• Mobility options: company bike (JobRad); for senior positions, an additional option for a company car or BahnCard — also available for private use.
• Corporate benefits (in fashion, travel, tech, and more) along with a company merchandise shop.
