Security and Access Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Process Epic access requests, modifications, and terminations via ServiceNow.

• Assist with onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.

• Assign and uphold security classes, roles, templates, and user records.

• Support EMP imports, provider imports, and Epic security maintenance tasks.

• Resolve user access and security-related challenges.

• Aid in role optimization, audits, compliance reviews, and access governance initiatives.

• Engage in Epic upgrades, testing, and change management activities.

• Maintain security documentation and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with IAM, HR, Compliance, and Epic application teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Epic security, access management, or Epic application support.

• Experience in a healthcare setting.

• Proficiency in managing requests through ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system.

• Knowledge of Epic security roles, security classes, user provisioning, and access management.

• Experience with supporting EMP records, provider maintenance, or provider imports.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to learn rapidly and work autonomously.

• Epic Security Certification is strongly preferred.
