Security Analyst, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the Vulnerability Operations team in the evaluation and approval of Missions, Patch Verifications, and vulnerability assessments.

• Circumvent client patch initiatives, generate suspected vulnerability reports, and exploit real-world vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate remotely with experienced Computer Security Analysts.

• Gain insights into the process of reviewing intricate vulnerability reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Fundamental knowledge of various Computer Security topics, especially in offensive cyber domains.

• Experience in offensive security coursework, participation in hackathons, and CTF events.

• Practical, hands-on experience with web application vulnerabilities.

• A solid understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP, and CVSS scoring.

• Relevant coursework and/or lab experience aimed at obtaining CEH, GPEN, EJPT, or OSCP is advantageous.

• Basic familiarity with the OWASP Top Ten.

• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.

• A passion for pursuing a career in offensive cyber security, along with a positive, proactive attitude!
