Security Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in the daily execution and ongoing enhancement of provisioning and deprovisioning access for the Epic application.

• Take ownership of tasks within a ServiceNow queue, efficiently managing a high volume of tickets for access modifications, troubleshooting, and triage.

• Act as an escalation point for designated Epic access design/build and related access challenges.

• Aid in the upkeep of an Epic access catalog, ensuring it remains up-to-date as workflows change.

• Assist with access reviews and attestations for roles deemed high-risk and those with privileged access.

• Contribute to the development of the application authorization layer that is vital for successful IGA automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Epic certification(s) are preferred, particularly in Security.

• Over 2 years of experience in Epic security/access, application access governance, or closely related healthcare IT security operations with significant responsibilities in Epic access.

• Proficiency in Epic import/export and Microsoft Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to excel in a high-volume ticket environment while ensuring quality, consistency, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and effective written communication.
