📋 Description

• Deliver ongoing monitoring services as part of CloudWave's Managed Security Services program

• Analyze data from client devices, network sensors, and endpoint protection software

• Oversee security alerts utilizing automation techniques

• Investigate and address security issues effectively

• Collaborate on playbooks, threat intelligence, and malware analysis efforts

• Perform vulnerability assessments

• Offer expert recommendations regarding security policies

• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of all incidents and security modifications

• Strong technical and analytical capabilities

• Proficient experience with SIEM/SOAR platforms

• Solid technical foundation in network security

• Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms

• Experience in malware analysis

• Understanding of network topologies, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS technologies

• Knowledge of security applications

• Ability to interpret network diagrams effectively

• Proficient in interpreting scripting or query languages

• Familiarity with Unix and Windows operating systems

• Understanding of security processes in incident management and problem management

• Relevant security certifications are strongly preferred
