Security Analyst I – Trust & Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assess the most recent threats facing Bolster's clients and potential clients.

• Analyze online content across various platforms.

• Train Bolster's AI system based on the latest threat intelligence.

• Investigate online activities and infrastructures to identify the sources of fraud.

• Collaborate with hosting providers, registrars, registries, and platforms to eliminate online threats.

• Monitor ongoing enforcement actions and changes in content.

• Provide assistance and written replies to customer inquiries.

• Support the sales and customer success teams with threat intelligence insights.

• Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports that summarize key metrics and trends.

• Respond to security alerts to facilitate issue resolution.

• Research security concerns and collaborate with internal teams.

• Assist in managing and enhancing the issue-tracking process.

• Develop and improve operational metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience, particularly in security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.

• Familiarity with enterprise-wide technical solution implementations.

• Understanding of security, development, and network infrastructure.

• Self-driven and detail-oriented.

• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, abstract reasoning, and offensive security strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication; customer support/email handling experience is preferred.

• Security certifications are advantageous.

• Willingness and experience in providing 24/7 customer support when necessary.
