• Exhibit consistent effectiveness and outstanding performance in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while addressing complex, time-sensitive service requirements.
• Take ownership of technician success by providing precise diagnostics, appropriate parts selection, and well-defined, actionable scopes of work accompanied by thorough, relevant documentation.
• Promote SLA adherence by evaluating service anomalies, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing targeted corrective and preventive strategies.
• Work in partnership with STS L1 and L2 leadership to pinpoint and address process, coaching, or training gaps.
• At least two (2) years of experience as a Field Technician or Help Desk Agent.
• Proven proficiency in installing, servicing, supporting, troubleshooting, and programming Access Control systems, Business Intelligence Solutions, CCTV/VMS (both IP and analog), Intrusion and Fire Alarm Systems, and Two-Way Audio solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
