• Engaging with pre-qualified leads generated through the company's innovative digital platform

• Offering comprehensive, regulated Secured Advice customized to each client's specific needs

• Overseeing a high-volume pipeline of more than 20 loan applications monthly using user-friendly, advisor-focused software

• Fostering authentic relationships with clients, ensuring they remain informed and confident throughout the process

• Collaborating effectively with case managers and administrators to guarantee smooth application processing

• Keeping up-to-date with Secured Loan products, lender criteria, and regulatory obligations

• Achieving exceptional results while fulfilling performance targets and upholding compliance

• CeMAP Certification (or an equivalent qualification) - non-negotiable

• At least 18 months of experience as a Secured Advisor within whole-of-market settings

• Demonstrated success in managing over 20 mortgage applications monthly

• Strong understanding of regulated Secured Loan products

• Experience handling B2C inquiries and navigating various lender criteria

• Outstanding communication skills - capable of simplifying complex information and building trust swiftly.
