This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Director of Research to create and sustain a strategic sector roadmap.

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers.

• Work together with Operations Managers to oversee expert recruiting and onboarding processes.

• Manage the expert budget for your designated sector.

• Supervise a systematic QA process to guarantee transcript quality.

• Team up with the Director of Research to track engagement data and pinpoint coverage gaps.

• Create and uphold feedback channels with call takers and project teams.

• Partner with North America directed content teams to assure high-quality outputs.

• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to test AI-enabled tools.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of ongoing developments in the Healthcare, TMT, or Energy & Industrials sectors.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, consulting, or a similar analytical role within TMT.

• Extensive domain knowledge in Healthcare, TMT, or Energy & Industrials.

• Strong understanding of key players, business models, and industry trends influencing your sector.

• Comprehensive knowledge of European and Asian equity markets.

• Demonstrated experience in people management, successfully leading, mentoring, and developing teams of project managers or analysts.

• Proficient in translating strategic goals into actionable research projects that deliver high-impact insights.

• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities with agility while maintaining high standards of quality.

• Strong understanding of project economics, with the ability to manage budgets, optimize expert costs, and monitor ROI to ensure resource efficiency.

• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Directors of Research, Go-to-Market, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
