Seasonal Physician Assistant – NY Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide care to patients through telehealth appointments, including telephonic triage calls, video consultations, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various learning methods.

• Collaborate with colleagues in both virtual and in-office settings through daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Assist One Medical’s 24/7 virtual clinical care service for patients alongside primary care providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successful completion of a master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS).

• Active NCCPA certification required.

• Must hold a current license in NY, with the potential to obtain licenses in additional states.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner within the past 5 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine, treating patients of all ages.

• Availability to work afternoons and evenings; current shifts range from 7am-6pm EST or 11am-10pm EST.

• Commitment to work at least 40 hours per week.

• Must work 2 full rotating A/B weekends each month.

• Support for 2 of 4 company-observed holidays is required.

• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.

• Ability to adhere to established clinical protocols and workflows.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care is needed.

• Proficiency in using technology to provide high-quality care is necessary.

• Capability to communicate with and care for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
