This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Provide patient care through telehealth visits, which includes phone triage calls, video consultations, and follow-up emails.
• Engage in ongoing education during weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.
• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.
• Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week as a seasonal employee from August to February 2027.
• Fulfill two complete rotating A/B weekends each month.
• Assist with two of the four holidays recognized by the company.
• Possession of a master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS).
• Active NCCPA certification is required.
• Must be currently licensed in DC or TX, with the potential to obtain licenses in additional states.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner within the last 5 years in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine, treating patients of all ages (0+).
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings; current shifts are from 7am to 6pm EST or 11am to 10pm EST.
• Commitment to working a minimum of 40 hours each week.
• Willingness to cover two full rotating A/B weekends monthly.
• Support for two of the four holidays recognized by the company.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Capacity to adhere to established clinical protocols and workflows.
• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care.
• Proficiency in using technology to provide high-quality care.
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Receptiveness to feedback and self-reflection.
• Skill in navigating uncertain situations with patients and colleagues.
• Willingness to adjust behavior to meet patient needs.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. will be verified through E-Verify.
