This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Conduct patient consultations through tele-health visits, which include telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Engage in ongoing professional development during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various learning methods.
• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily meetings.
• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.
• Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week as a seasonal employee from August through February 2027.
• Fulfill two full rotating A/B weekends each month.
• Observe two out of four company-designated holidays.
• Completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.
• Current licensure in New York, with the potential to obtain licenses in additional states.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine within the last 5 years, treating patients of all ages (0+).
• Availability to work afternoons and evenings; current shifts are from 7 AM to 6 PM EST or from 11 AM to 10 PM EST.
• Capacity to maintain a minimum of 40 hours of work per week.
• Willingness to work two full rotating A/B weekends each month.
• Commitment to support two out of four company-observed holidays.
• Strong clinical and communication abilities.
• Competence in following established clinical protocols and workflows.
• Enthusiasm for human-centered primary care.
• Ability to engage with and provide care for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology to offer high-quality care.
• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care.
• Openness to receiving feedback and self-reflection.
• Capability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues.
• Readiness to adjust personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs.
• Verification of authorization to work in the U.S. through E-Verify.
