This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Responding to customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, and SMS
• Assisting customers with questions related to purchases and providing order support
• Following up on outstanding inquiries and unresolved customer interactions
• Accurately recording customer interactions and updates
• Delivering friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support
• Fostering positive customer relationships through effective communication
• Training Start Date: Monday, June 8, 2026
• One week of training, followed by an additional week of supported on-the-job experience
• Prior experience in customer service
• Previous experience in a call center environment
• Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken
• Exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently across various systems and tabs
• Basic computer skills, including typing, copy/paste, and navigation
• Minimum typing speed of 30+ words per minute
• Positive attitude with robust problem-solving abilities
• Dependable and professional work ethic
• To be eligible, candidates must fulfill all technical requirements listed below:
• Windows 11 PC (Macs are not supported)
• 12–16 GB of RAM
• Dual monitors
