This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Providing outstanding customer service through a remote call center while effectively managing multiple client queues.
• Actively seeking to broaden administrative support roles to improve the overall customer experience.
• Overseeing and managing both inbound and outbound calls as designated.
• Effectively multitasking while ensuring quality on the assigned calls.
• Monitoring and updating schedules for customers and employees, including conducting reviews during audits.
• Updating census engagement information for new hires.
• Creating and sending tickets for additional outreach in line with client guidelines.
• Supplying accurate information to employees who call in, while documenting and managing outreach activities.
• Collaborating with colleagues to guarantee sufficient phone coverage and availability.
• Maintaining a professional and distraction-free remote work setting.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in multitasking while handling routine tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Capacity to work efficiently from home utilizing provided communication platforms.
• A reliable and consistent internet connection.
