• Maintain a professional and distraction-free remote working environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and conflict-resolution expertise.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing routine responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to prioritize and delegate tasks as needed.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to work efficiently from home using provided communication platforms.
• A reliable and consistent internet connection.
