This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management of SEA strategy and campaign initiatives
• Design, planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of SEA and AI-driven campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, ChatGPT Paid)
• Oversight of various campaign formats including search, display, and video advertisements
• Conducting comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover pertinent search intents
• Development and refinement of ad copy and landing pages aimed at enhancing conversion rates
• Analysis of performance and reporting
• Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Executing A/B tests to fine-tune ads, targeting strategies, and landing pages
• Compiling regular performance reports that include actionable recommendations
• Close collaboration with the Director of Growth & Brand Global Marketing to strategically advance initiatives
• Utilization of AI-supported tools and automation (AI aids)
• Implementation of AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and performance, such as keyword clustering and search intent analysis
• Creation and optimization of ad variants
• Forecasting performance, budget, and CPC projections
• Automated evaluations and trend analysis
• Technical evaluation and controlled execution of AI recommendations based on data-driven insights
• Advancement of search marketing via AEO & GEO
• Implementation of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Assessing and enhancing campaign and content visibility in AI-driven search and answer systems
• Analyzing emerging search formats, AI touchpoints, and their influence on performance and lead quality
• Collaboration with agencies and partners
• Completed degree with a specialization in Marketing, Communications, Media, or Digital Business
• Strong practical experience in SEA, paid search, or performance marketing
• Proficient use of Google Ads, ChatGPT Paid, and preferably Microsoft Advertising
• Experience in keyword research, campaign setup, ad copy creation, and optimization of conversion-oriented landing pages
• Good understanding of web analytics, KPI management, and A/B testing
• Knowledge of tracking, tagging, and performance measurement
• Interest in AI-enhanced marketing tools and their effective application
• Basic knowledge of, or a strong willingness to learn, AEO and GEO
• Proficient in both German and English, spoken and written
• Initial experience collaborating with agencies
• Experience in B2B marketing within a technology or software context is advantageous
