SEA Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support a small team of SEA Managers, emphasizing feedback, professional development, and maintaining high standards.

• Manage a select number of SEA accounts while providing technical guidance and expertise to the broader team.

• Prioritize, delegate, and empower team members, establishing clear ownership and accountability throughout the team.

• Serve as the subject matter expert in SEA, creating best practices and frameworks while fostering knowledge sharing within the team.

• Oversee the SEA technology stack and spearhead the adoption of new tools, platform features, and automation opportunities.

• Act as the main liaison with Google, Microsoft, and other SEA partners.

• Assist in performance investigations and root cause analysis, offering SEA expertise as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with Vertical Managers and stakeholders to ensure that SEA best practices align with business objectives and promote future growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital performance marketing, specifically managing SEA campaigns with a focus on return on investment (ROI).

• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, or developing team members, with a strong emphasis on accountability and growth.

• Comprehensive understanding of SEA best practices, campaign structures, bidding strategies, keyword management, and optimization techniques.

• Extensive expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and contemporary SEA tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Proficiency in English, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide constructive challenges.

• Proactive and inquisitive, consistently seeking ways to enhance tools, standards, and performance.

• Open to both giving and receiving feedback while upholding high standards across the team.
