
SEA Expert, Digital Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Development and management of SEA strategy and campaigns
• Conceptualizing, planning, executing, and continuously optimizing SEA and AI-paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, ChatGPT Paid)
• Overseeing various campaign formats including search, display, and video advertisements
• Conducting comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to pinpoint relevant search intents
• Crafting and enhancing ad copy and landing pages to boost conversion rates
• Analyzing performance and generating reports
• Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance against key KPIs
• Implementing A/B tests to refine ads, targeting, and landing pages
• Compiling regular performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborating closely with the Director of Growth & Brand Global Marketing for strategic measure development
• Utilizing AI-supported tools and automation
• Employing AI-based tools to enhance efficiency and performance
• Assessing and improving campaign and content visibility in AI-driven search and answer systems
• Working in partnership with agencies and collaborators
• Coordinating closely with external SEA agencies, AI search agencies, and platform consultants
• A completed degree focusing on marketing, communications, media, or digital business
• Relevant practical experience in SEA, paid search, or performance marketing
• Proficient use of Google Ads, ChatGPT Paid, and preferably Microsoft Advertising
• Experience in keyword research, campaign setup, ad copywriting, and optimizing landing pages for conversions
• Strong understanding of web analytics, KPI management, and A/B testing
• Knowledge of tracking, tagging, and performance measurement
• Interest in AI-driven marketing tools and their effective application
• Basic knowledge or a keen willingness to learn AEO and GEO
• Proficiency in German and English at a C2 level is required
• Initial experience collaborating with agencies
• B2B marketing experience within a technology or software context is advantageous
