SDE II, Conversational AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain ChatBots

• Manage intricate conversational flows

• Implement API integrations

• Perform impact assessments

• Enhance and review code

• Train voice bots and oversee integrations

• Create and deploy bots in multiple languages

• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders

• Engage in Agile development methodologies

• Organize project tasks using JIRA

• Work during the shift from 2 pm to 11 pm (IST)

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of substantial experience in ChatBot development

• Proficiency in managing complex conversational flows and training NLP

• Strong expertise in NodeJs or Python programming

• Experience with API integrations

• Ability to handle complex logic and conduct impact analysis

• Deep understanding of code optimization techniques

• Familiarity with standard development practices for bots

• Knowledge of unit testing and code review processes

• Solid understanding of voice bots

• Experience with voice platform integrations

• Skills in bot training and analyzing training impact

• Comprehension of multi-language bot development and deployment

• Experience in integrating various channels while evaluating the pros and cons of implementation

• Experience in agent handover scenarios with market-available CRM modules, such as Salesforce and RingCentral

• At least one certification in a conversational AI platform (Cognigy, Yellow.AI, Kore.AI, Lex, Luis, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson)
