Scrum Master, Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective) by utilizing agile methodologies, particularly with Jira.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (including CRM, Data, Product, Credit) to enhance customer conversion and engagement.

• Actively eliminate obstacles that hinder the development process.

• Link technical development efforts to financial results (ROI, LTV, CAC).

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Squad Lead.

• In-depth understanding of agile methodologies and management tools, especially Jira.

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Background in complex, multidisciplinary environments.

• Familiarity with visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Experience in fintech or with financial products is advantageous.
