Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Oversee Agile processes, which include PIP planning, iterations, demonstrations, and retrospectives.

• Evaluate engineers and product team leaders to assess performance.

• Manage an overarching development plan in Jira, tracking deadlines and task progress.

• Coordinate three development teams, ensuring they operate independently and efficiently.

• Recommend effective strategies and methodologies to achieve business objectives in line with company goals.

• Establish and uphold realistic planning and execution processes with teams to guarantee timely deliveries.

• Identify and implement key metrics to evaluate and enhance team performance.

• Skillfully manage conflicts and train teams to address challenges proactively.

• Serve as a facilitator, process manager, mentor, and change agent, contributing to improvements at the organizational level.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Leader, or in a comparable role within development/testing teams.

• Proficient in Agile tracking tools (such as Jira and Confluence).

• Capable of planning iterations, resolving conflicts, and eliminating bottlenecks.

• Experienced in facilitating meetings and engaging with various management levels.

• Proven experience in conducting team assessments and measuring effectiveness.

• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• A systems thinker who can see the broader perspective and pinpoint root causes.

• Practical expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
