This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead and oversee Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, retrospectives, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and other Scrum-related activities.
• Eliminate blockers and obstacles that hinder team productivity and impact delivery schedules.
• Foster collaborative relationships that encourage transparency, accountability, and innovation across diverse Agile teams.
• Advocate for Agile best practices while serving as a valuable resource for Agile processes, team coordination, and delivery execution.
• Provide guidance to government stakeholders on possibilities for process standardization and ongoing improvement.
• Assist with backlog management, work prioritization, and ensuring visibility into team deliverables and commitments.
• Monitor team progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments, escalating issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and delivery expectations.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among delivery teams, leadership, and partner organizations.
• Support documentation efforts, meeting outputs, status tracking, and preparation activities for program reviews and events.
• Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned, showcasing adaptability and a collaborative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile lead assisting technical delivery teams.
• Experience in supporting large-scale software development, system integration, or data management projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
• Proven experience in leading Agile development teams focused on automated deployments, scaling, and operational management.
• Skilled in facilitating meetings, briefings, and presentations with technical teams and senior leadership.
• Familiar with Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and GitHub.
• Ability to monitor team metrics, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress to enhance continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong technical documentation and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities within cross-functional settings.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Capable of adapting and managing priorities in fast-paced delivery environments.
