This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

• Advocate for agile principles and best practices throughout teams and the organization.

• Ensure teams embrace these practices and have the necessary tools at their disposal.

• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, ensuring a collective understanding of goals.

• Enhance communication with stakeholders to shield teams from external disruptions.

• Assist the team in drafting, updating, and comprehending the backlogs.

• Guide the team to maximize the value derived from each iteration.

• Prioritize the well-being of every team member and facilitate the resolution of individual, collective, and technical challenges.

• Monitor team metrics such as velocity, burndown/burnup, and team engagement.

• Preferably possess an engineering or technical degree (equivalent to Bac+4 or Bac+5).

• In-depth understanding of the Scrum framework.

• Familiarity with scaled agile methodologies.

• Extensive technical experience.

• Several years of involvement in agile projects.
