Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the processes within an agile, cross-functional development team.

• Organize and facilitate Scrum meetings while supporting the team in achieving sprint objectives.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on backlog management and consistently monitor team improvements regarding efficiency and quality.

• Analyze and implement customer requirements in conjunction with the team (user stories).

• Work in partnership with other Scrum teams and Scrum Master(s).

• Prepare and analyze team statistics and performance metrics.

• Organize PI planning sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master with a passion for Agile methodologies.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in Scrum methodology (Jira, Confluence).

• Familiarity with the SAFe framework is highly advantageous.

• Knowledge and practical experience with key flow metrics.

• Proficient in English.

• Technically inclined, with an understanding of the software development life cycle (Java, microservices).

• Solution-oriented and assertive.

• Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

• Any certifications validating your experience and skills are encouraged.
