This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the effective implementation of Scrum practices.

• Eliminate obstacles and streamline workflow processes.

• Monitor and analyze Agile metrics, including lead time, throughput, and cycle time.

• Assist the Product Owner and Tech Lead in prioritizing tasks and ensuring predictability.

• Mediate disputes and cultivate a collaborative, trust-based atmosphere.

• Encourage ongoing improvement and the growth of Agile maturity within teams.

• Collaborate with various teams as needed, ensuring alignment across departments.

• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and boosting team efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.

• Proficient in Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with Kanban practices.

• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira.

• Knowledge of Agile metrics, including lead time, cycle time, and throughput.

• Additional Agile certifications such as KSD, KSI, OKR Professional, Lean, SAFe, etc.

• Previous experience in organizations with complex structures.

• Experience with hybrid frameworks combining Scrum and Kanban.

• Proficiency in English: level not specified.
