This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Understanding and gathering requirements (story mapping, user stories).

• Implementation of project strategies from inception to the production deployment of a feature.

• Execution of end-to-end projects.

• Development of projections/estimations.

• Preparation of work plans and reports.

• Coordination of teams.

• Management of risks, dependencies, and impediments.

• Proficiency in agile frameworks (SCRUM).

• Execution of events and their adaptation based on organizational needs.

• Management of work (user stories, tasks, defects, incidents).

• Estimation techniques.

• Metrics for project progress.

• Development methodologies and standards for analysis, design, coding, testing, and software implementation.

• Budget management.

• Degree in systems engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
