Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the efficient execution of the Scrum framework, serving as the team's facilitator.

• Eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's productivity.

• Support the Product Owner in identifying and prioritizing items in the Product Backlog.

• Maintain the team's adherence to agile practices, fostering engagement and collaboration.

• Implement principles and practices of agile development, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

• Promote the integration of UX (User Experience) and usability principles in application development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and the Agile Manifesto.

• Proficiency in applying usability and user experience (UX) principles in product development.

• Ability to assist the Product Owner with backlog management.

• Knowledge of credit and debit card products.

• Required certification: CSM (Scrum Alliance) or PSM (Scrum.org).
