• We are seeking a **Scrum Master** to assist and guide our development teams in embracing and effectively implementing Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.

• In this position, you will serve as a servant-leader, enhancing team collaboration, eliminating obstacles, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.

• **What will you do at MMDSmart?**

• Act as a servant-leader for Scrum teams, ensuring a clear understanding and application of Agile and Scrum practices.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:

• Daily stand-ups

• Sprint planning

• Sprint reviews

• Sprint retrospectives

• Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team’s progress.

• Coach and mentor team members to enhance self-organization and performance.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.

• Support and coordinate the efforts of 2-3 development teams.

• **You are an ideal candidate if you possess:**

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• A strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• A team-oriented mindset with an emphasis on collaboration.

• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency for effective communication in an international setting.
