This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Leading all Agile ceremonies, such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, to ensure that teams stay focused and aligned with sprint objectives.

• Developing and updating Sprint Status Reports, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards to ensure stakeholders and leadership have clear visibility of progress.

• Working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to guarantee backlog readiness, refine user stories, and establish clear acceptance criteria that promote meaningful delivery outcomes.

• Representing teams in Scrum of Scrums and cross-team coordination meetings, while facilitating stakeholder meetings and status calls with both internal and client leadership.

• Serving as a servant-leader by eliminating impediments, supporting the growth of Agile maturity, and nurturing a psychologically safe, high-performing team environment across distributed teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• A proven track record of over 7 years as a Scrum Master, preferably within digital transformation initiatives in the insurance or financial services sectors, with the capacity to transition into Product Owner or Project Manager roles when necessary.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and SAFe, along with practical experience using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA for managing and tracking delivery.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities, with demonstrated success in collaborating effectively with distributed teams across various geographies and time zones.

• A solid grasp of cloud technologies, particularly Azure, with familiarity with modern technology stacks such as Angular, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, and .NET considered a significant advantage.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or a similar Agile certification is preferred.
