Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

• As a skilled scrum master with a strong passion for software development and a background in managing intricate projects, you will contribute to the creation of scalable and robust mission-critical systems for our initiatives.

• You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and develop innovative software products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Responsible for delivering projects within scope, on time, and with high quality.

• Oversee the daily management of projects.

• Define collaborative working methods with customers and ensure adherence to established governance models.

• Protect and uphold Scrum methodology.

• Facilitate Scrum events effectively.

• Eliminate obstacles for the Engineering Team and shield them from external distractions.

• Possess a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Maintain a proficient level of English language skills.

• Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Bonus: Familiarity with version control systems, preferably GIT.

• Experience with project management software, ideally Jira.

• Proficient in collaboration software, preferably Slack.

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Possess Scrum or PM certification.
