⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agility Leader, Agile Facilitator, Scrum Lead, or Team Coach

• Experience in IT projects

• Experience in the financial sector (banking, microfinance, insurance, pension funds, securities markets, regulated Fintech, or state-owned companies with financial functions)

• University degree
