Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The Scrum Master profile facilitates the agile software development process, guiding development teams, monitoring, identifying, and removing impediments, while promoting the use of agile standards and best practices.

• The Scrum Master aims to ensure the effective functioning of agile processes and activities, and is responsible for leading the scheduled meetings within the development process.

• To enhance oversight, improve communication between the CLIENT and the CONTRACTOR, and maximize potential outcomes in contract execution, the Scrum Master profile will also incorporate Operational Manager responsibilities in interfacing with the CLIENT, serving as the focal point for the teams they are assigned to.

• Alignment and planning meetings will be held, covering aspects such as time estimates, risks, expectations, and objectives with the business area or the CLIENT.

• Technical or business-related discussions or demonstrations will be conducted.

• Maintenance and pursuit of the quality standards required by the CLIENT will be ensured.

• Interaction with the Infrastructure area will be necessary, including any technical alignment actions, resolution of inquiries, and support required for the completion of demands or project stages.

• Balanced negotiation of requirements with the requesting area and other matters related to the proper execution of the contract and the agile process will be undertaken.

• Detailed operation of the demand management system, including classification, forwarding, and tracking of demands will be performed.

• Support in the homologation and implementation processes of demands or products, including execution and/or oversight of the necessary technical and operational procedures will be provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master is required.

• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and independence are essential.

• Leadership and people management skills are necessary.

• Analytical and judgment capabilities are required.

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, recognized and completed at an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC); OR

• A bachelor's degree in any field, recognized and completed at an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC), along with a postgraduate course in software engineering, software development, or project management, with a minimum workload of 360 (three hundred sixty) hours, recognized and completed at an institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC).
