Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Monitor and report key performance indicators such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and resolution of impediments;

• Identify, escalate, and resolve blockers that hinder the progress of teams or inter-departmental dependencies;

• Coordinate alignment among multiple teams and workflows through mechanisms for inter-team synchronization;

• Collaborate with Product Owners in activities such as User Story Mapping, story refinement, and defining acceptance criteria;

• Promote the consistent application of Scrum practices and the standards of Definition of Done and Definition of Ready;

• Work alongside delivery leaders and project management to ensure visibility and tracking of the program;

• Monitor sprint objectives, team commitments, and risks associated with delivery;

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization;

• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, development teams, and business areas;

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development or digital product environments;

• Experience working with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or equivalents;

• Proven experience managing multiple teams and backlogs simultaneously;

• Knowledge and experience in tracking agile metrics and performance reporting;

• Experience in User Story Mapping, backlog refinement, and defining acceptance criteria;

• Proficiency in agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalents;

• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies at both team and program levels;

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, for interaction with clients and report preparation;

• Current Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I or higher, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent);

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and delivery management;
