This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, document, and standardize organizational processes, with a particular emphasis on system flows and integrations.

• Guarantee clarity, traceability, and alignment between business sectors and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Collaborate with business sectors, technology teams, and relevant stakeholders to elicit and map processes, pinpointing inputs, outputs, business rules, exceptions, and dependencies.

• Create and sustain both technical and functional process documentation, encompassing system flows, user journeys, integrations, automations, and controls.

• Construct process diagrams (AS IS / TO BE) utilizing methodologies and notations such as BPMN, flowcharts, and process maps.

• Document both functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, control points, and indicators pertinent to the mapped processes.

• Ensure documentation is standardized in accordance with the templates, methodologies, and governance established by the organization.

• Serve as a bridge between business sectors and technical teams, ensuring a mutual understanding of processes and system functionalities. Identify opportunities for enhancement, automation, and simplification of processes, suggesting modifications to existing flows.

• Assist with projects aimed at the implementation, enhancement, or replacement of systems, ensuring ongoing updates of documentation.

• Conduct version control, change management, and maintenance of process and document repositories.

• Facilitate audits, compliance, and process governance, ensuring traceability and adherence to internal policies.
