This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead Scrum events and mentor teams to enhance self-organization and promote continuous improvement.

• Encourage collaboration between Scrum Teams and relevant stakeholders.

• Recognize and eliminate obstacles hindering team progress.

• Partner with product teams on backlog management, providing guidance on prioritization best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or as part of a Scrum Team.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or an equivalent certification is preferred.
